Recent changes worth knowing
The Lighthouse — two stills in a 20-metre glass still house with its own brewhouse and mash tun, announced 2018 and launched September 2021 — operates entirely of its own accord, and its stills should NOT be added to the main twelve. Worth noting the framing tension: the 2018 announcement called it expansion 'as whisky demand rises', while the 2021 launch called it purely experimental.
